This privacy policy explains which personal data I process when you visit this website and send booking requests. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visiting the website
My hosting provider Hostinger stores technical data in server log files on every request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. I need this data to run the website securely and reliably. The legal basis under the GDPR is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Log files are deleted automatically after a short time.
Fonts and images are stored on my own server. No third-party content is loaded unless you agree.
Booking form and email
If you contact me via the form, by email or phone, I process your details (for example name, email address, phone number, club or venue, date, capacity and message) to answer your request and prepare an offer. The legal basis under the GDPR is pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) or my legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).
The form does not store your details on the web server. They are delivered as an email to my mailbox directly via Hostinger’s SMTP server. To prevent abuse (spam), I store a pseudonymised (salted) hash of your IP address together with the timestamps of recent requests. The time window is one hour; entries are then deleted regularly. I do not store the IP address itself for this. I keep requests as long as needed to handle them and to meet any legal retention obligations.
If you message me via Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, your messages and metadata are processed by the respective provider under its own terms, possibly outside Switzerland and the EU. If you do not want that, email me or use the form.
Mixes and videos (SoundCloud, YouTube)
Mixes and videos are first embedded only as a link and preview. The SoundCloud or YouTube player (in privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com) only loads when you click “Play” or agree to “External media”. Only then is data such as your IP address transferred to the provider. Clicking “Play” gives consent for that provider; the choice is stored and can be withdrawn in the cookie settings.
Cookies and consent
I use necessary storage without consent so that the website works. Statistics and embedded media only load once you agree. The services and the cookies they set are listed below under “Services used”. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal applies for the future.

I only pass personal data to service providers I need to run this website and handle your request: Hostinger (hosting and email) and – only with your consent – the services under “Services used”. If we run an event together, I only share the necessary details with the partners involved (for example tech or security providers) and agree this with you beforehand. Some recipients are located abroad. I do not sell data.
Your rights
You can request information about your data at any time and have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted. You can object to processing, withdraw consent and receive your data in a common format. Email me at booking@taminoprimo.com.
You can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
